Travel Emergency Room Nurse13 Week Contract / $70 Hourly. $2,520 Weekly / All Shifts AvailableJob Summary: Seeking experienced Travel Emergency Room Nurses for assignments in various healthcare facilities throughout Pennsylvania. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in emergency nursing and the ability to provide critical care in high-pressure environments. This travel nurse position offers an opportunity to work with diverse patient populations and enhance your nursing skills.
Responsibilities:
Provide emergency nursing care to patients with a wide range of medical conditions and trauma injuries.
Perform patient assessments, prioritize treatment based on severity, and administer medications.
Monitor vital signs, interpret diagnostic tests, and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams.
Respond effectively to emergencies, demonstrating critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
Educate patients and families on conditions, treatment plans, and post-discharge care.
Qualifications:
2 years of Emergency Room RN experience strongly preferred; alternatively, 1 year of Med/Surg RN or 1 year of Emergency RN experience for initial consideration.
Associate's or Bachelor's Degree in Nursing.
RN license in Pennsylvania or eligibility to obtain PA license.
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
