Our client, a leading agricultural products manufacturer, is seeking a Material Handlerto join their team. As a Material Handler,you will be part of the Production Department supporting Manufacturing and Packaging Operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a safety-focused mindset which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title: Production Associate
Location:
Tempe, AZ
Pay Range: $17.43
Schedule: June through November: 5:00 AM – 1:30 PM
December through May: 5:00 AM – 2:30 PM or 3:30 PM (9–10 hour shifts)
Fill bags with soil and other materials according to production specifications.
Seal, label, and package finished product bags for distribution.
Place finished bags into boxes and prepare shipments for storage or transport.
Safely move, store, and handle raw materials, finished goods, and equipment.
Maintain a clean work area while following all safety and quality standards.
What’s Needed?
Ability to stand and work on your feet for the entire shift.
Ability to repeatedly lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 lbs.
Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment.
Reliable attendance and ability to work early morning shifts starting at 5:00 AM.
Commitment to workplace safety and attention to detail.
