Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)BlueCloud Staffing is seeking a caring and dependable Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide one-on-one nursing services for an elementary student in the Birdsboro/Douglassville, PA area. This position begins in late August.
Full-Time School Year Opportunity37.5 hours per week7.5-hour school daysBus pickup approximately 7:35 AMBus drop-off approximately 3:10 PMPaid transportation time includedStudent NeedsThe nurse will provide support for an elementary student with:DiabetesSeizure monitoring (occasional seizures)Autism Spectrum DisorderResponsibilitiesDeliver individualized nursing care throughout the school day.
Monitor the student's medical condition and respond appropriately to health concerns.
Assist with diabetes-related care and seizure observation.
Ride the school bus with the student to and from school.
Communicate with school staff, family members, and healthcare professionals.
Maintain required nursing records and documentation.
QualificationsActive Pennsylvania LPN License required.
Previous pediatric, school nursing, or special needs experience is a plus.
Ability to work independently and build rapport with students and families.
Reliable, compassionate, and attentive to detail.
