I’m partnering with a well established, employee owned general contractor with over 50 years of experience delivering complex construction projects across the country. They are looking for a Senior Project Manager who can lead major projects, build lasting client relationships, and contribute to continued business growth. What you’ll be doing: Lead large scale industrial, manufacturing, warehouse, and distribution construction projects Own project budgets, cost forecasting, profitability, schedules, and risk management Manage subcontractor procurement, contract negotiations, and project execution Build relationships with owners and key decision makers while identifying new business opportunities Participate in client presentations, proposals, and contract negotiations Mentor Project Managers, Project Engineers, and project teams Drive quality, safety, and successful project closeout What they’re looking for: 10+ years of construction project management experience Experience delivering large, complex projects within industrial construction, manufacturing, distribution, or food and beverage facilities Strong financial management and project profitability experience A track record of developing client relationships and supporting business development Experience leading teams and managing multiple priorities A degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field preferred Why consider this opportunity?
