RealREPP, a national full-service recruiting firm, is partnering with a well-established total building solution provider to assist in hiring an experienced Digital Integration & Manufacturing Service Lead This role will support the successful delivery of complex construction projects through coordinated engineering, digital design, fabrication, and off-site manufacturing. The ideal candidate brings a strong understanding of construction and fabrication workflows, communicates effectively across technical and operational teams & takes initiative to resolve challenges before they affect project delivery. This is a remote role with occasional travel to jobsites, fab facilities, different office locations as needed.

Key Responsibilities
Coordinate fabrication and OSM execution from early design development through production, delivery, installation support & project closeout Serve as the primary customer contact for DIM / OSM execution matters, maintaining clear communication with Project Managers Develop and manage fabrication schedules, production priorities and sequencing requirements in coordination with project teams & manufacturing partners Coordinate across Engineering, VDC, Fabrication Detailing, Procurement, Manufacturing, Logistics, and Project Delivery to ensure accurate & timely information flow Support outsourced fabrication and OSM partners by ensuring required drawings, materials, schedules, and execution documentation are complete and available before production begins Review fabrication readiness, including model coordination, shop drawing approvals, material availability, installation sequencing, and required field documentation before authorizing package release Identify and resolve coordination gaps, incomplete deliverables, resource constraints & execution risks Coordinate shop drawing reviews, fabrication quality requirements and applicable QA/QC processes to support accurate / consistent production Implement established company standards, workflows and execution requirements at project startup and maintain their consistent application throughout the project lifecycle Monitor fabrication progress, production milestones, quality performance, and delivery commitments, communicating risks and recovery plans to project stakeholders Provide regular reporting to project leadership regarding production status, key performance indicators, outstanding commitments & execution risks Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Construction, Engineering, Manufacturing, Operations Management, Business or similiar (preferred) 2+ years of experience in construction operations, fabrication, manufacturing, project delivery, OSM or VDC coordination Experience coordinating across technical & operational teams (engineering, VDC, fab detailing, procurement, manufacturing or project delivery) Experience coordinating outsourced fab or off-site manufacturing partners Experience reviewing construction drawings, shop drawings, fabrication packages, bills of materials & installation documentation Familiarity with MEP systems, engineered support systems, prefab, complex industrial construction Experience implementing standardized workflow, improving operational processes or supporting fabrication quality assurance Ability to travel to project sites, fab facilities, office locations as needed Compensation Package Base Salary $120-170k (based on experience) Medical, Dental, Vision 401k w/ match 15 days vacation time 5 days sick time Potential for remote Opportunity for growth
