Qualifications:
Candidate must possess a BS and/or MS in an engineering discipline (e.g. Mechanical, Electrical, and/or Computer Engineering). 9 years of detailed HW development experience. CREO. Active Secret Security clearance.

Possess excellent communication skills and be able to work with minimal day to day supervision. Strong analytical and problem solving skills and demonstrated ability to comprehend and work successfully with complex systems. Lead small groups of teams for technical execution on programs, and ability to work with program/functional management to meet objectives of entire program. Cross-Functional or Integrated Product team leadership experience. Cost Account management experience. Knowledge of Earned Value Management and tracking practices. Basis of Estimate (BOE) and proposal experience.
