Key Responsibilities- Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments for a diverse clientele, formulating individualized treatment plans rooted in established practices and solution-focused interventions tailored for a remote environment.
- Utilize evidence-based therapeutic modalities, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), ensuring that these approaches are adapted appropriately for virtual delivery.
- Maintain meticulous clinical documentation, complying with industry regulations and standards using secure electronic health record (EHR) systems that facilitate seamless communication and record-keeping.
- Collaborate with an interdisciplinary treatment team comprising psychiatrists, psychologists, and other mental health professionals through virtual meetings to ensure holistic care.
- Engage in regular case consultations and peer review sessions, harnessing video conferencing tools to elevate the quality of treatment provided.
- Provide educational resources to patients and families regarding mental health challenges, treatment options, and community resources, leveraging digital communication tools for effective engagement.
- Stay informed about the latest advancements in mental health research by participating in virtual conferences and webinars, integrating this knowledge into clinical practices.
You will be instrumental in supporting a wide array of patients across various demographics and backgrounds, addressing their unique mental health challenges such as depression, anxiety, trauma, and stress management. Your skills will be pivotal in guiding your clients through their mental health journeys, helping them to achieve their treatment goals and improve their overall well-being.
Qualifications- A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution is required.
- A valid state license to practice as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).
- Minimum of two years of clinical experience, specifically in delivering psychotherapy services.
- Proven expertise in applying solution-focused therapeutic techniques in a remote setting.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills necessary for building trust and rapport with clients through virtual platforms.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to navigate challenges inherent in remote service delivery.
- Capacity to work independently while also actively engaging in a collaborative virtual team environment.
- Experience with telehealth service delivery models and familiarity with EHR systems.
