Key ResponsibilitiesAs a Virtual Licensed Mental Health Counselor, your responsibilities will include:
- Facilitating individual, couples, family, and group therapy using evidence-based practices tailored to clients' unique needs.
- Conducting comprehensive assessments to evaluate clients' strengths, challenges, and treatment objectives.
- Developing and implementing personalized treatment plans that address the specific psychological and emotional needs of clients.
- Maintaining accurate and timely documentation to track client progress in line with clinical best practices.
- Actively collaborating with an array of interdisciplinary teams and community partners to ensure a holistic approach to client care.
In this role, you will serve a diverse patient population, including children, adolescents, adults, and families facing various mental health challenges. Your clinical expertise will empower clients to navigate issues such as anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, trauma, and other emotional and psychological hurdles. The integrated telehealth framework ensures clients receive the necessary support regardless of their geographical location.
QualificationsTo be considered for this position, candidates must meet the following qualifications:
- A Master's degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, or Marriage and Family Therapy from an accredited institution.
- A valid and full license to practice independently as an LMFT, LPC, or LCSW in the state of Arizona without any limitations or disciplinary actions.
- Strong decision-making abilities for professional evaluations and treatment planning.
- Adeptness in using telehealth platforms and keeping up with electronic documentation requirements.
While not mandatory, preferred qualifications include:
- Experience providing therapy through telehealth and familiarity with associated tools and technologies.
- Understanding of various therapeutic modalities and evidence-based practices tailored to distinct client needs.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills coupled with a compassionate and empathetic approach to client interactions.
We offer a competitive salary range of USD 100,000 to 105,000 per year, commensurate with experience and caseload. Our comprehensive benefits package includes:
