Tax Manager – Private Client / High-Net-Worth
Location: Phoenix, AZ (Hybrid Onsite)
Compensation: $130K–$200K+ Base + Bonus + Profit Sharing (commensurate with experience)

What You’ll Do
- Lead and manage tax engagements for HNW/UHNW individuals and families
- Review and prepare complex federal and multi-state returns (individual, trust, estate, partnership)
- Provide strategic advice on income, estate, gift, and trust tax planning
- Serve as a trusted, year-round advisor to clients
- Mentor and develop junior team members
- Collaborate with legal and investment teams to deliver integrated solutions
What You Bring
- 5-8+ years of progressive tax experience (public accounting or HNW advisory
- Active CPA required, or must be an Ensured Agent on a CPA t rack
- Strong expertise in individual, partnership, trust, estate, and gift taxation
- Proven client-facing and relationship management skills
- Experience with HNW/UHNW clients or family offices strongly preferred
