Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a diverse caseload of clients through regular telehealth sessions, fostering rapport and a trusting relationship while maintaining professional ethical boundaries.
  • Conduct ongoing assessments and treatment planning, consistently monitoring client progress to tailor interventions accordingly.
  • Create and implement individualized treatment plans that focus on the unique needs and goals of each client.
  • Document all client interactions and progress in our electronic records system to maintain up-to-date and compliant progress notes.
  • Perform intake assessments to evaluate new clients and determine their immediate and long-term care needs.
  • Facilitate individual therapy sessions, guiding clients through therapeutic processes and strategies.
  • Participate in regular one-on-one supervision sessions aimed at professional development and enhancing clinical skills.
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare providers to coordinate care and comprehensive treatment approaches.

Patient Population / Client Focus

As a Telehealth LPC, you will engage with clients facing various challenges, including anxiety, depression, behavioral issues, and adjustment disorders. Your role will be crucial in helping clients navigate their mental health journeys, ensuring they receive compassionate and competent care from the comfort of their homes.

Qualifications
  • A Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling or a closely related field is required.
  • Must possess an active, unrestricted LPC license in Washington State, allowing for independent clinical practice.
  • A minimum of one year of experience in an outpatient clinical setting is essential to apply.
  • Proficiency in using technology, including Microsoft Excel, various electronic medical record (EMR) systems, and telehealth platforms.
  • Experience in delivering direct psychotherapy services to individuals and families, tailored to their specific needs.
  • Expertise in conducting intake assessments and developing treatment plans grounded in evidence-based practices.
Preferred Experience
  • Specialization in diverse therapeutic modalities is highly regarded, particularly those effective in telehealth settings.
  • Previous experience working with culturally diverse populations and a passion for promoting equity in mental health care.
  • Familiarity with using computerized case management systems, such as PIMSY, for tracking appointments and managing client data.
Compensation and Benefits
  • Annual compensation ranges from USD 70,000 to 90,000, dependent on experience and caseload.
