Responsibilities:
Manage direct reportsManage employee hours and workloadManage orders from receipt to shippingManage assembly of lighting fixturesDeliver material and FG on timeQC product as it flows through production.
Ensure Product flows through floor to shipping.
Ensure all orders for the day are shipped on time.
Ensure all RM needed for orders is ready to produce and in good quality.
Responsible for Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost and Engagement for direct reports.
Qualifications:
Computer competencyStrong understanding of health and safety protocolsExcellent time management and organizational skillsEffective problem-solvingStrong communication skills2-5 years experience in Production SupervisionPhysical demands:Amount of timeSit-2/3Walk/stand -1/3Required physical strength:Must be able to lift up to 25 lbs. Occasionally.
Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. Occasionally.
Must be able to work on your feet including, standing and walking.
Must be able to work in and around production equipment, which includes occasionally climbing stairs, ladders, bending, stooping, standing, walking, kneeling, and reaching.
Must be able to see / hear to visually and audibly acknowledge critical safety instructions, alarms, forklift traffic, perform quality inspections, and equipment inspections.
