Position OverviewRegenerate Wellness Clinic, LLC is actively searching for a compassionate and dedicated Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) to join our team on a full-time basis. Work EnvironmentThis position is fully remote, offering flexibility that supports your personal and professional life. You will primarily work during standard business hours, Monday through Friday, allowing you to connect with clients at times that are convenient for them. Key ResponsibilitiesAs a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, your responsibilities will include:
- Delivering individual, group, and family therapy sessions to clients with a variety of mental health needs.
- Conducting in-depth assessments and counseling for children and families, specifically targeting those who meet medical necessity criteria for treatment.
- Creating and facilitating psycho-educational groups and parenting classes to address specific community needs, tailoring content based on client feedback and emerging trends.
- Completing detailed client documentation, including therapy notes, treatment plans, and progress reports, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and organizational policies.
- Meeting billing targets by accurately recording reimbursable hours and ensuring the timely submission of claims.
You will work with a diverse caseload that includes children, teenagers, and adults facing a range of challenges, including anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and life transitions. Our clinic is committed to providing culturally competent care, ensuring that all clients feel understood and valued. Your insights and interventions will contribute directly to improving their emotional and psychological well-being.
Qualifications- A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field is required.
- Current licensure as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of Pennsylvania.
- A minimum of three years of relevant experience in clinical practice, demonstrating proficiency in therapeutic techniques and client engagement.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to independently manage caseloads, documentation, and billing requirements.
- A proactive, self-driven approach to work that emphasizes accountability and efficiency.
Preferred candidates will have experience working with telehealth platforms, as well as familiarity with community resources and referral processes for enhanced patient support. A background in developing and implementing therapeutic programs, particularly those geared toward children and families, is also highly valued.
