Director of ProgramsThe Director of Programs is responsible for the overall management of various programs in one program location to which he/she is assigned. The Director of Programs fulfills the goals of the organization, by following established policies and procedures, by ensuring compliance with all funding source requirements, and by following all guidelines that are outlined in the Standard Operating Procedures Manual.

Experience:
Bachelor's Degree in a Human Services or related field with four years of transferable and supervisory experience.
Other:Time commitment: 40+ hours per weekMust be willing to work some evenings and weekends (flexible work scheduling to meet needs of organization/clients)Some travel may be required both in and out of stateCriminal and educational background check requiredMust use personal (non-agency) vehicle for transportationIf driving frequently for VOA-TX business must possess 1
- MVR background check (good driving record) 2
- Valid Texas driver's license 3
