Key Responsibilities
  • Provide therapeutic services including individual, couples, and family therapy tailored to the unique needs of each client.
  • Conduct thorough assessments to inform treatment planning and intervention strategies.
  • Develop and implement personalized treatment plans aimed at improving clients' relational and emotional well-being.
  • Create a safe and confidential space for clients to explore sensitive personal issues and relational dynamics.
  • Maintain timely and accurate documentation in compliance with state and federal regulations, including progress notes and treatment summaries.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and refer clients to additional services as necessary to ensure comprehensive care.
  • Engage in continuous professional development, including attending workshops, conferences, and staying current with therapeutic methodologies.
Patient Population / Client Focus

You will work with a diverse array of clients, encompassing individuals seeking personal growth, couples navigating relational issues, and families facing complex dynamics. Our clinic serves clients from varied backgrounds, ensuring that you will have the opportunity to apply your skills in a rich tapestry of clinical scenarios. Qualifications
  • A valid and current LMFT license for the state of Arizona or eligibility for licensure in Arizona.
  • A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is mandatory; a Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related discipline is strongly preferred.
  • A strong clinical background in marriage and family therapy with a commitment to ethical practices.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills, allowing for a compassionate therapeutic alliance.
  • Ability to work autonomously while contributing to a team-oriented environment.
  • Proficiency with EHR systems and online therapy tools for effective client management.
Preferred Experience
  • A minimum of 2 years of relevant clinical experience in a mental health setting.
  • Experience working with specific populations such as children, adolescents, LGBTQ+ individuals, and multicultural communities is a plus.
  • Knowledge of evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), or Solution-Focused Brief Therapy.
Compensation and Benefits

We value our therapists and offer competitive compensation ranging from $80,000 to $90,000 annually, based on experience and qualifications.
