Position OverviewWe are seeking a dedicated and passionate Remote Licensed Mental Health Therapist to join our dynamic team at Mental Oasis Mental and Wellness Center, located in the vibrant city of Phoenix, Arizona. Work EnvironmentThis role embraces a telehealth model, allowing you the flexibility to provide care from your chosen environment. Our remote setup ensures that clients have access to therapy without geographical barriers, promoting inclusivity in mental health services. As part of our team, you will have access to advanced digital tools for teletherapy, ensuring a smooth communication process with clients, maintaining high levels of confidentiality and professionalism.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver evidence-based mindfulness interventions, including MBSR, to assist clients in achieving their stress management goals.
- Conduct comprehensive assessments, identifying clients’ mental health challenges and instilling personalized approaches that foster healing and growth.
- Facilitate individual therapy sessions utilizing mindfulness techniques to enhance emotional regulation, self-awareness, and overall mental well-being.
- Lead interactive group workshops focusing on mindfulness practices, stress management, and resilience-building strategies, encouraging community and support among participants.
- Collaborate closely with fellow mental health professionals to create an integrated treatment plan that comprehensively addresses clients' issues and leverages mindfulness practices effectively.
- Document client progress accurately, maintaining organized records of interventions and treatment plans to track outcomes and necessary adjustments.
- Engage in continuous personal mindfulness practice and seek out professional development opportunities to enhance expertise in mindfulness-based therapies.
Your clientele will include individuals from varied backgrounds seeking relief from stress, anxiety, depression, and other mental health challenges. Our diverse patient population allows you to gain experience with a wide range of mental health issues, ensuring that you work on fundamental skills needed to address unique situations effectively.
Qualifications- A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.
- Current and valid licensure as an LCSW, LPC, or LMFT in the state of Arizona.
- Demonstrated proficiency in mindfulness interventions, with a commitment to integrating mindfulness practices into therapy sessions.
- Exceptional communication skills to create a nurturing and supportive therapeutic alliance with clients.
- Previous experience with mindfulness-based approaches or certifications related to MBSR.
- Background in telehealth practices and familiarity with relevant digital platforms to deliver effective therapy remotely.
We offer a competitive salary range between USD 80,000 to 104,000 yearly, commensurate with experience. Our robust benefits package includes:
