Full-Time Pay Range: $32 – $36 per hour (DOE) Shift: Day Shift (6:00 AM – 2:30 PM) Overtime: Experience Level: Senior (5+ years CNC maintenance experience) Climate-controlled precision manufacturing facility WALCO Tool & Engineering is expanding its precision machining operations and requires a skilled CNC Maintenance Technician to support uptime, reliability, and performance across its advanced CNC equipment. This role is critical to minimizing downtime and ensuring consistent production flow in a high-precision manufacturing environment. At WALCO, machine reliability directly impacts customer delivery, quality, and performance—this role keeps production running. Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain CNC machines and machining centers Perform scheduled preventative maintenance to reduce downtime Diagnose and repair electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems Respond quickly to machine breakdowns to restore production Support general facility maintenance when required Work closely with production, engineering, and operations teams Ensure machines are operating safely, efficiently, and at peak performance Machines, Systems & Equipment CNC Vertical & Horizontal Machining Centers CNC Turning Centers Electrical control systems and industrial wiring PLC-controlled machinery Standard industrial diagnostic and test equipment CNC machine control systems (various platforms) PLC systems and troubleshooting tools Electrical schematics and machine diagnostics Mechanical drive systems and hydraulics 5+ years of CNC machine maintenance experience ~ Solid understanding of CNC machine operation and design ~ Experience with electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems ~ Experience working with PLC and CNC-controlled equipment ~ Ability to work independently in a fast-paced production environment ~ Experience in precision machining or job shop environments Background in preventive maintenance programs Exposure to multi-axis CNC equipment Stable, long-term manufacturing environment Climate-controlled, organized facility Modern CNC equipment and production systems Competitive pay with overtime opportunities Full respect for skilled maintenance professionals Schedule: Monday–Friday Shift: 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM (Day Shift) Overtime: Medical, Dental, Vision Insurance ~Life Insurance ~ Short-Term & Long-Term Disability ~ Paid Holidays ~ If you’re a skilled CNC Maintenance Technician who thrives on solving problems and keeping high-precision machines running, apply today and join WALCO Tool & Engineering.
