Sally's Apizza Bartender Position

We offer
coaching, training, and promotion within, giving you a path to pursue your future career goals. As a bartender, you work directly with customers by mixing and serving drink orders. We are looking for efficient individuals with exceptional customer service skills. AS THE BARTENDER YOU WILL... Serve drinks while maintaining a clean and sanitary bar area. Mix traditional and signature/creative cocktails. Attend to the details and presentation of the bar program. Ensures smooth operation of bar services in the absence of management. Make suggestions based on customer tastes and preferences. Process payment from customers. Maintain responsibility for cash drawers assigned at the start of each shift. Manage inventory and bar operations. Coordinates daily supply inventory for bar and submits orders to supervisor; Adhere to proper alcohol handling, sanitation, and safety procedures, and maintain appropriate dating, labeling, and rotation of all beverage items. Comply with all food and beverage regulations, including verifying the identification and age requirements of customers. Verify identification and age requirements of customers. Contributes to daily, holiday, and theme drink menus in collaboration with a supervisor. Participates in and/or contributes to programs, committees, or projects designed to improve quality of service and employee productivity. Adhere to all company policies, procedures and sanitation guidelines. Knowledge of mixology for traditional and creative/signature cocktails Ability to enforce company policies regarding the consumption of alcohol. Accountability in maintaining inventory and processing payments. Demonstrated knowledge of and skill in the ability to operate standard beverage service equipment safely and effectively. Impeccable customer service and social perceptiveness. Ability to evaluate customer satisfaction and responsiveness. Builds on things that are already working well within the brand. Language: English, Basic Spanish (preferred but not required) Knowledge of mixology for traditional and creative cocktails. -------------------
