Remote - Title Procurement Processor

Liberty FCU, a full-service credit union, is currently seeking a Mortgage Loan Closerto join the Mortgage Team located at 4401 Theater Drive, Evansville, IN 47715. Candidates must be available to work Saturdays on a rotating basis. Close mortgage loans: Review all documents with members and obtain signatures where required. Close mortgage loans in office for specific mortgage loan programs. Prepare name, property, hold harmless, judgment, and occupancy affidavits. Review all loan documents prior to closing for accuracy. Cross sell credit union products and services. Maintain a working knowledge of all credit union mortgage products including purchase money 1st mortgages, 1st mortgage refinances, 2nd mortgages, HELOCs, bridge loans, government and construction loans. Understand and apply federal regulations associated with mortgage loans. Develop a working knowledge of the credit union's data processing system, loan origination system, Word, and EXCEL software. Develop an understanding of credit union history, philosophy, organization, bylaws, and operational procedures.
