Paid CNA Training Program Mercer Manor Rehabilitation is seeking motivated individuals interested in starting a career in healthcare. No prior experience is required, and paid training is provided. Pay $15.50/hour during training $19.50/hour starting pay after successful completion of training and CNA certification Schedule Full-time, approximately 40 hours per week Flexibility required Program Opportunity Gain hands-on experience in a skilled nursing environment while learning resident care skills alongside experienced nursing staff. Participants will have the opportunity to work toward state certification as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA). Successful program graduates are eligible for full-time positions with benefits.
