Job Description
We are seeking amotivated and results-driven OutsideSales Representative to expand our clientbase in the Maryland, DC, and Virginia area. Thiscommission-only role is perfect for a self-starter withstrong sales skills and a passion for technology.

Key Responsibilities
Identify, prospect, anddevelop new business opportunities within the DMVarea. Conduct client meetings,presentations, and product demonstrations. Build and maintain strong relationships with existingand potential clients. Understand client needs and recommend tailored ITsolutions. Manage the entire salescycle from lead generation to closing deals. Keep accurate records of sales activities using CRMtools. Stay updated on industrytrends, competitors, and Geeks.
Onlineservices. Requirements Proven experience inoutside sales, preferably in IT services ortechnology-related fields. Strongunderstanding of consultative sales techniques. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonalskills. Self-motivated,goal-oriented, and able to work independently. Familiarity with CRM software (Zoho CRM experience is aplus). Ability to manage aterritory and travel within the DMV region asneeded. Tech-savvy with theability to grasp and explain basic IT concepts. Commission Structure RecurringRevenue (Managed IT Services): Earn 50% of theprofit in the first year, 30% in the second year , and 10% in thethird year for subscriptionservices. One-TimeSales (Hardware Sales, Setup Fees, etc.): Earn 50% of theprofit on all new one-timesales.
