What You'll Do
Find, connect with, and recruit technology professionals for our clients. Build relationships through phone calls, conversations, and consistent follow-up. Learn about technology and the specialized industries we support. Work alongside experienced recruiters to fill positions and earn commissions. Who We're Looking For We're looking for people who are outgoing, competitive, coachable, and results-driven. Experience in sales, retail, hospitality, customer service, or other people-focused environments is a plus but not required. Recent college graduates are encouraged to apply. This isn't an easy job. Recruiting takes discipline, persistence, and a willingness to hear "no" without losing motivation. But for someone willing to put in the work, it can become an incredibly rewarding career.
