What You'll Do
Package finished products into boxes according to production standards. Inspect products for quality, weight, package seals, code dates, and overall appearance. Remove defective or undercooked product to maintain quality standards. Label boxes and prepare specialty packaging as needed. Perform rework and assist with packaging line operations. Follow all food safety, quality, and workplace safety procedures. Communicate quality or safety concerns immediately to your supervisor. Ability to stand and remain active for shifts up to 12 hours. Ability to bend, squat, stoop, twist, reach, and walk throughout the shift. Comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment with varying temperatures. Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing quality products. Ability to read and understand basic English instructions, production codes, and safety information. Willingness to cross-train on multiple production lines. This position is located in a food manufacturing facility where employees work around production equipment in a fast-paced environment.
