Randstad is seeking Sr. Full Cycle Recruiters for entry and mid-level roles at our national energy client. Contract Length: 8-month contract (with potential for extension)
Manage Full-Cycle Recruiting: Lead the end-to-end recruitment process for mid
- to senior-level Operations roles, from initial strategy kickoffs to offer negotiations and pre-hire onboarding. Partner closely with hiring managers to understand business needs, deliver market insights, and guide selection and compensation decisions. Source & Build Diverse Pipelines: Proactively find and engage top-tier talent using creative sourcing methods, professional networks, online platforms, and referrals. Deliver an Exceptional
Experience:
Provide a seamless, professional, and candidate-first journey while championing diversity, equity, and equal opportunity principles at every step. Track Funnel Performance: Leverage talent acquisition metrics and ATS data to continuously refine recruitment strategies and keep key stakeholders informed. 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience with a strong background in direct sourcing and corporate talent acquisition. ~ Hands-on experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS). ~ Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field (or an equivalent combination of education and experience). ~ or Denver, CO, with occasional local travel for company events. Direct experience using Workday ATS. Background recruiting specifically within mid
