- supporting Sales Managers, serving customers at the front desk, and making sure every deal is processed cleanly from start to finish. Greet customers, answer calls, and manage incoming appointments Prepare sales reports and metrics for Sales Manager review Support OEM reporting, inventory tracking, and DriveCentric data hygiene Monitor schedules, time off, and other administrative duties Strong communication skills -
- written, verbal, and on the phone
- Detail orientation and comfort with data entry and office systems
