Your ability to master recipes and individually tailor products to customer needs. Providing an animated and personalized experience to every customer. Providing above and beyond customer service. Finding ways to help your team and customers that exceed expectations. Cleaning and stocking as you go to maintain an orderly work zone. Time spent engaging with customers in the window or cafe. Preparing quality and accurate product in an efficient manner. Accepting deliveries and organizing inventory. The final amount offered at the start of employment is determined based on factors including, but not limited to, experience level, knowledge, skills, abilities and geographic location, and the Company reserves the right to modify base salary at any time, including for reasons related to individual performance, Company or individual department/team performance and market factors.
