I’m working with a genuinely interesting SaaS company building out a product-led growth team focused on improving customer onboarding, engagement, and conversion through engineering, product, and data.
This is not a “sit quietly and close Jira tickets” kind of role.
They want an engineer who:
Loves building products
Thinks about the customer experience constantly
Uses AI heavily in their workflow
Enjoys collaborating with Product & Marketing
Gets excited by improving things, not just maintaining them

NET experience Full stack capability Some React / JavaScript / TypeScript exposure Someone comfortable shipping features end-to-end The sweet spot is probably 3–5 years’ experience, but mindset matters more than years on paper.
