Job Title: Technical Writer
Pay: $29.00-$30.00/hour
Hours: Monday-Friday; 8:00 AM-5:00 PM
Location:
North Canton, OH 44720 (100% Onsite) Overview Seeking an experienced Technical Writer to create, update, and maintain technical documentation for physical security products, including installation manuals, user guides, and product manuals. Required Skills Previous technical writing experience required. Experience developing technical manuals and user documentation. Ability to interpret technical specifications and translate complex information into clear instructions. Proficiency with documentation tools and Microsoft Office. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Job Description
Create and update installation manuals, user guides, and technical documentation. Incorporate illustrations, photographs, and videos into documentation. Collaborate with product managers and technical support teams. Assist with part number migration from PDM Matrix to Teamcenter. Support laboratory testing and general technical projects. Preferred Skills Experience with physical security products or technical hardware. Familiarity with PDM systems and Company Teamcenter. Experience creating technical illustrations and visual instructions.
