Production Castings, Inc. is hiring 2nd Shift Machine Operators at our manufacturing facility in Fenton, Missouri . Work four 10-hour shifts, Monday through Thursday , and enjoy a 3-day weekend every week . If you're dependable, mechanically inclined, and ready to learn, we'd like to hear from you. Previous die casting experience is not required. What You'll Do
Operate production equipment, including trim presses, Wheelabrator, and burnishing equipment. Load and unload parts and monitor equipment throughout the production process. Inspect finished parts to ensure they meet quality standards and customer specifications. Perform routine equipment checks, cleaning, and basic preventive maintenance. Identify and report equipment, quality, or production concerns. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area. Follow established work instructions, quality standards, and safety procedures. Work with your team to meet daily production and quality goals. Requirements What We're Looking For Dependable attendance and a strong work ethic. Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn. Ability to work safely in a manufacturing environment. Ability to follow work instructions and quality standards. Previous manufacturing experience is helpful, but not required .
