Maintenance Assistant
Isle Health and Rehab is currently seeking a maintenance assistant to uphold safety standards while effectively maintaining the facility's grounds and equipment. This role plays a crucial part in creating a compassionate environment for residents by promptly addressing their needs.

The ability to safely operate hand and power tools as well as cleaning equipment. Responsibilities of Maintenance Assistant Must be proficient in performing technical skills required of a maintenance assistant. Receive and follow maintenance schedule or instructions from your supervisor and as outlined in our established maintenance policies and procedures. Perform routine maintenance on grounds, parking areas, driveways, etc., by cutting, trimming, policing, sweeping, etc., Perform routine maintenance and repair on the Facility and equipment to include plumbing, plastering, electrical, carpentry, mechanical, etc., Clean windows and screens, as directed. Service heating and cooling units and systems, as specified by the manufacturer, and in compliance with established policies and procedures. Perform unscheduled maintenance tasks as directed.
