Salary:

About Us
eJam is a bootstrapped consumer products company that has built, scaled, and exited multiple brands all without ever taking a dollar of outside capital. Our portfolio includes category leaders ranked at the top of Amazon, carried in major retailers nationwide, and sold across DTC, marketplaces, and every channel in between. We're not a startup hoping something works. We're a team that has done it repeatedly taken products from zero to eight figures, landed them on retail shelves nationwide, and built real brands that consumers love. We operate like a holding company with the speed of a startup: small team, no bureaucracy, massive ownership. This is the place where you'll see the entire machine sourcing, product development, packaging, manufacturing, compliance, marketing, marketplace strategy, retail all under one roof. If you want to learn how consumer products actually get built and shipped at scale, there is no faster education than this.
About the Role
This isn't just a coding job it's for someone who wants to understand why things work, not just how to build them. We're looking for a Marketing Web Developer who can build high-converting landing pages, checkout flows, and Shopify experiences using AI tools but who's equally curious about the data behind those pages and the marketing strategy driving them. You'll be building, yes, but you'll also be looking at results, asking questions, and suggesting what to test next. Building conversion-focused landing pages from Figma designs A/B test variants and rapid iteration cycles in a high-velocity testing environment Data & marketing thinking Reviewing funnel and campaign performance data alongside the marketing team and helping connect the dots Tracking & analytics implementation Placing and verifying tracking pixels (Meta Pixel, TikTok Pixel, GA4) Setting up event tracking to capture performance data Working with Google Tag Manager and conversion tracking setups Basic app integrations and functionality extensions AI-assisted development Iterating based on conversion data and feedback Strong command of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript fundamentals Experience using AI coding tools (Claude Code, Cursor, GitHub Copilot, v0, or similar) Clean, responsive web pages you've built Examples of projects you're proud of (personal or professional) Learning new platforms and tools quickly Detail-oriented mindset for tracking implementation and QA Strong work ethic and willingness to be in-office 5 days/week Love using AI tools to move faster and learn as you build Embrace a "ship fast, iterate faster" mentality Aren't intimidated by tools or platforms you haven't used before Enjoy working in a high-velocity testing environment where speed matters Familiarity with Checkout Champ or similar checkout platforms Webflow experience or exposure to visual page builders Basic understanding of tracking setup (GA4, Meta Pixel, TikTok Pixel, GTM) Past DTC or eCommerce brand experience Exposure to A/B testing tools and CRO methodology Work in-office with a top-performing DTC team in Santa Ana, CA Rapid skill development in high-conversion web development and performance tracking Hands-on mentorship and exposure to real revenue-driving projects
