Requirements:
100% remote We are seeking Application Developers who will be focused on building cloud-native applications that power customer engagement and sales enablement. The ideal candidate brings a strong development background and experience integrating with CCaaS platforms (Contact Center as a Service), helping improve both customer and agent experiences across digital and assisted channels. 8+ years in application development with modern languages/frameworks Strong experience with cloud-native applications and microservices Hands-on with DevOps tools (GitHub Actions, Terraform, Datadog, Splunk, etc.) Solid understanding of marketing tech, sales enablement, and customer engagement systems Pluses Experience with hybrid or multi-cloud environments Familiarity with CDPs, data lakes, and real-time analytics Advanced degree or cloud/architecture certifications (AWS, Azure, TOGAF, SAFe) Responsibilities Develop and maintain cloud-native components that enable sales and marketing workflows Partner with product, marketing, data, and engineering teams on new features Leverage AI-driven workflows to speed code generation and testing Ensure performance, security, and compliance standards are met Participate in agile ceremonies, code reviews, and technical planning sessions 3B Staffing LLC
