Role Overview:
NorthStar is presently seeking a Full-Time Anesthesiologist to join their talented anesthesia team at St. Francis Hospital in Wilmington, DE 

  

Large, busy practice with a great anesthesia team who work in a collaborative care-team model with a diverse case mix. NorthStar provides our teammates with a competitive compensation and benefit package along with a supportive and engaged clinical leadership team Come join our talented anesthesia team today Only one position available

 

Cases include general surgery, major vascular, end, ENT, OBGYN, spine, ortho, and urology.

 

$445k Base + $20k Quality Incentive Bonus+ Extra call pay and 9 weeks PTO

 

Fully paid malpractice and tail insurance
CEU allowance available

Benefits Include: Medical, Dental, Vision, Life, Long Term/Short Term Disability, Malpractice, Profit-Sharing Retirement Plan.
