IT Servicedesk Analyst

In North America, there are approximately 1100 employees and six manufacturing locations. To keep up with the rapid growth, we are looking for a Service Desk Technician to strengthen our team. We are looking for someone interested in working in an international environment, rolling out new technology and a team player who can work autonomously. 

Responsibilities:
1st and 2nd level support requests through ITSM platform 

PC deployment, handout, and stock management 

Troubleshoot system, network and hardware/software problems implementing a systematic approach to the resolution. 

Handheld scanner deployment, handout, and stock management 

Smartphone deployment, handout, and stock management 

User creation, administration, deactivation 

Email administration 

Office365 administration 

Create and update documentation. 

Fulfill deployment phase of IT projects. 

Adhere to the company’s hygiene, Environment, Health and Safety policies, systems, and safe working practices. 

Maintain and promote a clean and tidy working environment and undertake housekeeping duties. 

Carry out any reasonable request as requested by any member of management within the reasonable scope of the role and look to develop cost saving initiatives where possible. 

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree with 5 years-experience preferred 

User/mail administration 

Windows PC and server administration 

Basic network administration 

Android/iOS knowledge 

Office365 administration 

Working autonomously 

Working in an international environment 

Travel 20% to other facilities 

Pay Range:
USD $60,000.00 - USD $90,000.00 /Yr.
