Overview:
We seek the “best of the best” restaurant professionals passionate about food, elevated service, and beverage experiences.  Our Food & Beverage team at Hotel Bardo Savannah is currently looking for a motivated, hard-working, and attentive Barista. In this role, you will be an “impression maker” who embodies the Bardo brand and sets the standard for impeccable anticipatory service.

Responsibilities:
Working as part of a fun, high-energy team

Provide personalized, warm and anticipatory service to guests

Adhering to all food safety regulations and quality controls

Learning about brewing methods, beverage blends, food preparation, and presentation techniques to improve food quality

Serve beverages such as coffee, tea and specialty beverages

Receive and process payments

Cleaning and restocking work and dining areas, emptying trash, and sanitizing equipment and utensils

Qualifications:
Hard-working team player with a positive attitude and strong attention to detail

Passionate about hospitality, food, and beverage and possess a desire to learn

The ability multi-task in a fast-paced environment

Effective communication skills

Able to maintain a delightful and refreshing demeanor when addressing guests and team members

Ability to endure abundant physical movements in various work areas
