Area of Accountability

Provides comprehensive technical support to customers and acts as a key liaison between customers and the company by providing practical solutions to their hole-making needs.

Major Responsibilities (may vary depending on project):

Provide design/drafting support for product layouts, concept generation, prototype evaluation and production releases using Creo.

Work in conjunction and communicate with other departments to develop and support various projects and initiatives.

Offer technical assistance to customers, addressing inquiries, and providing guidance on product usage.

Recommend and customize products or services to meet unique customer requirements.

Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues, working to find effective and timely solutions.

Collaborate with sales teams, product development, and other departments to enhance customer support.

Maintain detailed documentation of customer interactions, configurations, and technical support provided.

Provide training to customers on product usage, ensuring effective and informed use.

Schedule:

8 hour shift

Monday to Friday

Ability to Relocate:

Dover, OH 44622: Relocate before starting work (Required)

Requirements

Qualifications

Enrolled student working towards a bachelor’s degree in an Engineering or Engineering Technology program.

Minimum GPA 3.0/4.0

Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal skills.

Strong PC Skills (spreadsheets, database management, word processing) and proficiency in a CAD software are a must.

Strong numeric and analytical skills.

Self-motivated with good project management, organization, and planning skills.
