Role purpose:
In this role, you will ensure customers credit management risks related to payment terms, account receivables figures and on time collection across all channels, mitigating risks and ensure proper perform of controls as per credit policy. You will also be a partner for our commercial teams, through cross-functional collaboration related to simplification, on-going projects and dedicated to achieving our company goals.
Responsibilities:
Your impact:
As a Credit Manager East Balkans, your role will consist of:
Ensure process efficiency, full alignment of key controls, risk assessment process, control awareness inside credit area with further focus on AR and customer master data areas;
Financial performance, cashflow delivery and forecasting;
KPIs related to AR (DSO, AR overdue, bad debt);
Deliver strong control environment, build future fit organization;
Customers monitoring across all channels for a good control regarding their debts;
Ensure timely and accurate reporting according to global guidance and deadlines;
Sustain strong organization platform with direct reports;
Ensures the procedures related to credit control activities are correctly applied as per the credit policy in place;
Support business and direct manager to deliver OCF Target;
Issuing and analyzing AR reports;
Bad debt monitoring process;
Analyzing customer`s risks as per credit policy;
Decision making related to block/ unblock orders process;
Qualifications:
Who’s a good fit for the team:
5+ years experience on a similar role;
Previous experience in coordinating a team;
Specific accounting knowledge;
SAP or similar high competence ERP knowledge;
University degree;
Fluent in English;
Experience in a similar industry – would be an advantage;
Exhibit a strong ‘can-do’, ‘will-do’ attitude and strong sense of urgency in meeting deadlines
Strong collaboration skills and executive maturity.
