Front Desk Representative

Responsibilities
Greet and welcome clients and visitors with a positive attitude
Answer and direct phone calls based on the client's needs and do so in a professional and courteous manner
Schedule appointments and manage calendars for 10+ accountants
Maintain a tidy reception area and conference rooms, ensuring the availability of necessary supplies and equipment
Handle incoming and outgoing mail and parcels ensuring delivery to the proper party
Identify tax documents and process those documents as required
Perform administrative tasks, such as data entry, filing, and scanning
Support the team with tasks such as preparing and printing documents, copying client files and records, and assisting in client direction
Take payments and provide receipts
Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree preferred
3+ years of experience in a customer service or administrative role with experience on a multi-line telephone system
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; professional telephone etiquette
Ability to work efficiently and multitask regularly, in a fast-paced environment
Keen attention to detail and strong organizational skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office with an emphasis on Outlook, Word and Excel
Must possess a friendly, outgoing, and welcoming personality
Ability to work Saturday mornings during Tax Season
