Spa Patient Representative

Our ideal candidate will have experience in a customer service role and be proficient in basic computer literacy; however, above all should be a service-oriented team player who is friendly and outgoing.
Requirements
This position is primarily responsible for performing patient check-in and check-out functions for multiple locations, so the ability to travel between locations when needed is required. Normal spa hours include Saturdays; you will be required to work as scheduled during normal hours. Other duties include keying in patient information, posting charges and payments, answering phones, scheduling, filing, and retail product sales.
We prefer a candidate who has previous spa/medical office experience; knowledge of the services and skincare products offered is desirable. The candidate must have experience providing exemplary customer service, be able to demonstrate effective communication skills, and have the ability to prioritize tasks and work independently.
