Accounting Clerk

Geosyntec has an exciting opportunity for an Accounting Clerk to provide office and reception support in one of our South Region in our Kennesaw, GA office. The position plays a critical role in providing an excellent professional "first impression" in greeting clients and visitors. Primary responsibilities include answering phones, processing incoming/outgoing mail, inventory/ordering supplies, scheduling appointments and assisting with administrative tasks. This position requires strong attention to detail.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Assist the General Ledger team with daily, weekly, monthly, annual and as needed varied administrative tasks and projects;

Perform various data entry to accounting system;

Responsible for the daily processing of cash receipts transactions and the posting of invoice transactions to the general ledger; and

Perform related work as required.

Education and Licensure:
High School diploma or General Education Degree (GED). (required)

Must be organized and able to multi-task. (required)

Availability to work overtime on short notice as required by project demands. (required)

Valid U.S. driver’s license and a satisfactory driving record for business travel. (required)
