Service Champions is seeking a skilled and motivated Plumber 1 (P1) to join our dynamic team. As a Plumber 1, you will be responsible for conducting Water Heater flush calls, Diagnostics, plumbing safety audits, and drain cleaning calls. The role also involves leveraging the Upfront Pricing Guide and MVP memberships to sell parts directly from the truck. Additionally, P1s play a crucial role in setting leads for Water Heaters, Water Filtration, Sewer Laterals, and Home Re-pipe jobs, contributing to the overall growth of the company.

Starting hourly wage $27.50 - $30.00

3% commission on leads set for Water Heaters, Water Filtration, Sewer Laterals, and Home Re-pipe jobs that result in a sale.

10% commission on parts sold directly from the truck.

Responsibilities:
What Will I Do?

Prepping cast iron system with Picote mini and maxi

Jetting lines

Making sure all equipment is maintained

Complete a thorough process of lining and coating

Communicate professionally and respectfully with customers, office staff and coworkers.

Be thorough in inspections, and accurate in quoting replacements or repairs.

Qualifications:
Do I have What it Takes?

2+ yrs proven experience in plumbing services, including diagnostics and drain cleaning.

Excellent knowledge of plumbing safety standards and procedures.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Sales experience or willingness to learn sales processes.

Familiarity with Upfront Pricing Guide and MVP memberships is a plus.
