Job Description

Starting Pay $15 / hour

Helps the resort sales and marketing operations to run well, handling problems in conjunction with the general managers and informing managers and informing managers of all situations that occurred on the daily operation.

Assist customers that attend the sales presentation by assuring they stay and complete the tour.

Verify daily manifest report and complete paperwork at the end of the shift.

Follow instructions assigned by the Manager and/or Supervisor and inform manager of all problems and management decisions made during the day.

Confer with the Director of Sales on any non-qualified tour.

Make decisions on OPC or Broker chargebacks.

Authorize at its own discretion to resolve issues and conflicts with customers.
