RHPA Provider Compensation Analyst

Provides calculations and analytical support reporting for and related to RHPA Provider Compensation including provider compensation calculations for the annual RHPA budget creation and compensation modeling. Provides the Director of Provider Compensation with reporting that helps in the FMV evaluation. Performs the maintenance and training required for Sullivan Cotter’s PPMT software. Identify and offer solutions for improvements in efficiencies around Provider Compensation calculations while working closely with RHPA Operations leadership, Director of Provider Compensation, Corporate Compliance, Internal Legal and Providers.

Overview of Responsibilities:
Gathers and maintains data as required in the Provider Compensation contracts. Sources could include but not limited to:
Professional EPM system/reporting
Practice Operations Managers/Directors
Patient Experience, Quality and/or Clinical Decision Support Team
Accounting/Finance Reported Data
Calculates provider incentives/ reconciliation of compensation as contracted, timely and accurately.
Provides access to the Provider compensation calculation reporting prior to the pay date of the incentives.
Works with payroll to ensure pay codes are created as required for efficient analysis.
Prepares bi-weekly payroll reporting data to be used in provider compensation analysis.
Prepares Provider reporting to assist with reviewing fair market value.
Assist with Budgeting for Provider Compensation and sends to Director of Provider Compensation
Tracks and Maintains Promissory Notes forgiveness income reconciliation and loan amortization schedules, as applicable.
Complete month end variance review for provider compensation related GL accounts.
Set-up of provider contract components in Clinician Nexus.
Track and ensure timely and accurate provider compensation related payments.
Education/Experience:
Education Required: BS/BA in Accounting or Finance
Experience Required: at least 5 years of experience in payroll with exposure to Provider Compensation calculation. Expert Computer Skills including Excel and Other Analytical Tools.
Education Preferred: MBA is a plus
