En quoi consiste le job?:
Au sein de la Direction Innovation, chaque Technologie a son·sa Manager - véritable chef·fe de projet depuis le concept jusqu’à l’intégration, avec pour mission de livrer à l’engineering un produit prêt à être industrialisé.

 

Notre gamme de produits SIC recherche   pour rejoindre Carole, Anne-Mary, Ludovic, Walter et  Guillaume et prendre en charge cette techno au sein du groupe Techno Manager. 

 

Le projet est d’envergure, l’ambition est grande et avec une nouvelle unité de production récemment inaugurée.

Pour commencer, c'est avec la Division Automotive & Industrial Division qu’il faudra collaborer en établissant votre contrat d’objectifs en matière de coûts, qualité, délais et volumes de votre produit.

 

Vous travaillerez en transverse avec les équipes Innovation en charge de la recherche, du matériau, du développement et de l’intégration produit pour mener à bien ces objectifs.

 

Chaque mois votre reporting s’adressera donc à la fois aux BU et Product Managers et aux managers de l’Innovation.

 

 

Ce poste répondra à votre projet si vous êtes…:
Pour réussir, vous devrez mettre à profit vos compétences avérées (5 à 10 ans d’expérience idéalement en microélectronique) en management de projet (AIC, Obeya, management transversal, planification, gestion des coûts et des risques…) 

 

Il faut nécessairement un bon bagage technique en physique du matériau (idéalement semi conducteur) avec donc à minima un diplôme d’ingénieur·e dans ces domaines.

 

Les personnes avec qui vous avez travaillé vous qualifient de “locomotive”.
