Typist

Responsibilities

Type, format, and proofread documents such as reports, letters, and memos

Ensure accuracy and consistency in all typed materials

Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information

Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence

Organize and maintain files and records

Requirements

Excellent typing skills with a high degree of accuracy

Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

Strong attention to detail

Ability to multitask and prioritize workload
