Storeroom Attendant
It is the responsibility of the Storeroom Attendant to stock and maintain all food, beverage, and non- food items stored in the Food and Beverage Storeroom.
Responsibilities:
Pull requisitions and fill orders for all departments within the hotel from a worksheet
Follow (FIFO) First In First Out standards
Unload trucks coming into warehouse; check items and stock them in their proper location
Take temperature readings of all storeroom refrigeration and freezers, report any malfunctions to supervisor
Qualifications:
Possess valid driver's license
Minimum age requirement is 18
Basic math skills
High school education or equivalent
