Intake Supervisor

Overview:
The Intake Supervisor leads a team that is responsible for the intake and placement of children in the care of 4Kids4Families. Responsible for supervising, monitoring and evaluating the work and progress of the intake specialists. Responsible for gathering necessary client information to make informed placement decisions and working with provider network to ensure proper placements. This position requires the ability to utilize time management skills, prioritize tasks, resolve conflicts/problems/issues, and model exceptional behaviors as they relate to the organization’s core values.

Responsibilities:
Other duties may be assigned as necessary.

Responsible for ensuring staff are scheduled and available to receive emergency referrals 24/7/365.

Oversees collection of referral information and collaborates with referral sources to ensure a complete referral packet.

Ensures children are placed in properly trained and licensed facilities with appropriate capacity to accept placement.

Ensures placement team is making well informed placement decisions.

Collaborates with network providers to ensure availability is updated, accurate and entered into the appropriate system.

Ensures accurate and timely entry of data into Impact.

Oversees the maintenance of records for pre-service and in-service trainings attendance.

Completes regular supervision with staff.

Maintain and encourage a healthy staff environment and

Conduct annual evaluations of appropriate staff

Will be required to travel in order to attend meetings, training, or conduct business off site. Must have a valid driver's license and may be required to drive ACFM vehicles, be insurable with our auto insurance provider, and complete Arrow’s vehicle

Must be willing to work on call and after normal business hours as needed.

Helps provide and coordinate supervision of youth who are in the care of SSCC’s Supervision in our region.

Perform all duties within contract, state and federal regulations, company policy, and regulatory agency standards.

Qualifications:
Bachelor’ Degree from accredited college or university required. Supervisor experience preferred. 3-5 years of juvenile intake, placement intake, or other social services experience preferred.
