Descripción general del trabajo:
Supervisar el servicio de desayuno para nuestros huéspedes y garantizar una experiencia gastronómica de calidad que incluya la excelencia en la satisfacción de los huéspedes con los más altos estándares de calidad alimentaria y de servicio. Preparar alimentos y bebidas para el desayuno. Mantener la cocina y el comedor limpios e higiénicos.

Responsabilidades:
Ser fiable y puntual, llegar a tiempo y listo para trabajar con un uniforme limpio y una etiqueta con su nombre.

Preparar los alimentos y bebidas del desayuno y colocar todos los alimentos fríos y calientes siguiendo todas las normas de seguridad alimentaria.

Reponer todos los alimentos y bebidas durante el periodo de comidas. Mantener todos los artículos bien surtidos incluso hasta el último minuto de apertura. Garantizar que todos los alimentos se mantengan a temperaturas seguras.

Mantener todas las mesas ocupadas y limpias durante todo el tiempo que el desayuno y la hora feliz estén abiertos. Asegúrese de que todas las mesas estén bien limpias y que el comedor esté aspirado.

Recibir y desembalar los artículos a medida que llegan de los proveedores de alimentos. Fechar todos los artículos a medida que llegan y empaquetarlos de acuerdo con las normas de seguridad practicando FIFO (primero en entrar, primero en salir).

Saludar a cada cliente a su llegada para el desayuno. Ayudar con el servicio si es necesario y reponer el café cuando el tiempo lo permita.

Establecer una buena relación con todos los huéspedes en todo momento, resolviendo problemas cuando sea posible e informando de cualquier queja o problema inmediatamente a la dirección para su resolución.

Conocer a los clientes del hotel a través de conversaciones, lo que se medirá por un nivel mínimo de aprendizaje de tres datos sobre al menos 10 clientes del hotel al día.

Transmitir diariamente a la dirección las oportunidades de venta obtenidas durante las conversaciones con los clientes.

Crear y mantener una presentación agradable para el desayuno.

Mantener limpia la zona del desayuno, almacenar los alimentos y retirar toda la basura. Llevar la basura al contenedor cuando sea necesario.

Buscar continuamente formas rentables de mejorar el atractivo del desayuno.

Ayuda al departamento a mantener el equipo de seguridad y los procedimientos de emergencia para la seguridad de todos los huéspedes y empleados.

Mantener un trato amable, alegre y cortés en todo momento.

Todas las demás tareas que le sean asignadas, solicitadas o consideradas necesarias por la dirección.
