Office Manager

Responsibilities
Oversee and manage all administrative functions within the office
Organize and maintain records and files, including confidential employee information
Coordinate office equipment and supplies, ensuring everything is in working order and well-stocked
Implement efficient office procedures, including managing schedules and appointments
Assist with the preparation and distribution of internal communications, such as memos and newsletters
Manage travel arrangements and expense reports for the team
Support the human resources team with various administrative tasks as needed
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in a related field
Proven experience as an Office Manager or in a similar administrative role
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software
Ability to work independently and proactively, with minimal supervision
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work well within a team environment
