Per la stagione 2024 siamo alla ricerca di un Addetto/a all'Ufficio Informazioni.
All’interno del team di Guest Excellence ti occuperai di dare supporto ai nostri Ospiti (italiani ed internazionali) durante la loro visita al Parco, fornendo informazioni e assistenza in caso di necessità.
Di seguito puoi trovare alcuni esempi di attività che ti verranno affidate:
Accoglienza dell’Ospite legata a casistiche particolari;
Distribuzione di materiali informativi;
Supporto all’Ospite in caso di deposito bagagli, noleggio passeggini, oggetti smarriti;

Qualifiche ed esperienza:
Hai conseguito un diploma e/o laurea in discipline afferenti ai seguenti indirizzi: comunicazione, lingue e turismo.
Sai parlare fluentemente l’inglese e almeno un’altra lingua straniera (es: arabo, francese, russo, spagnolo, tedesco).
Sei una persona cordiale, propositiva e manifesti ottime doti comunicative; hai un naturale “orientamento al cliente” e apprezzi il lavoro in team.
Sei una persona attenta e dotata di problem solving.
Hai familiarità con il Pacchetto Office.
Un’esperienza pregressa può essere un valore aggiunto, ma ciò a cui teniamo di più è che tu voglia imparare e crescere con noi.

Un contratto di lavoro stagionale a partire dal mese di marzo con orario full time gestito su turni, compresi i weekend (con riposo settimanale).
Costituirà titolo preferenziale la residenza in zona limitrofa alla sede di lavoro (no vitto e alloggio).
