Job Description

The intern will receive experience/training in the following:

Opportunity to contribute to high-level B2B and B2C projects

Small and large group discussion sessions on Continental’s eCommerce strategies

Participation in onsite and virtual meetings with our global ecommerce team

Data analysis

Product audit 

Omnichannel presence and customer experience

Product lifecycle

Marketing & web design

Product Data updates / review

Responsibilities include:

Assist in day-to-day internal communication to drive ecommerce knowledge and integration across the sector

Testing strategies including a/b testing, online scripted tests, UAT testing

Research, develop and share knowledge of emerging ecommerce trends, innovations, and companies

Assess global marketplace to understand key growth markets and partners for international expansion

Contribute to email reporting and analysis

Day-to-day operations necessary for the upkeep of our B2B and B2C platforms

Devise and plan new ideas for ecommerce and products

Online product assortment management

General administrative support where needed

Product data updates within a Product Information Management system (PIM)
